Manufacture

The vacuum emulsification machine was designed according to GMP request and FDA standard. By adopting vacuum tube, we isolated transferring materials from outside air to avoid the pollution. Production facilities with capability from 10 liter to 350 liter meet requirement of different production levels and experiments.
Above 95% materials are provided by multinational material suppliers to ensure our quality conform to requirement of Food and Drug Administration, Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association and Japanese Stand of cosmetic Ingredients (JSCI-II).
The semi-finished goods are stored in the vacuum storage jar with vacuum level reaching 0.08Mpa. Then they flow into storage after ultraviolet irradiation treatment between two buffer doors. Bacteria number on the surface of jar is below 20 cfu/cm2. The semi-finished goods are processed to filling line if they pass 72 hours observation and inspection.

Inspection & Testing

The complete set of inspection equipment ensures quality control from apparent to microcosmic. The sanitation standard of product can reach FDA requirement with bacteria number less than 100 cfu/ml, mold and microzyme number less than 10 cfu/ml.
Instead of traditional funnel-shaped filling machine, we installed vacuum filling machine in accordance with GMP request to prevent materials from contacting outside air to avoid secondary pollution. The filling precision reaches 1% conforming to JJF1070-2000.

Packaging

Three eight-meters packaging line can reach maximum production capability of 50000 bottles /box. The Packing standard is in conformance to QB1685-93.
